How to evaluate your team’s AI tools

When a team uses several AI tools, part of the work involves moving files, repeating instructions, and gathering results. Review that work when deciding which tools to keep.

Review a complete project

Choose a recent campaign and trace its steps: research, references, generation, editing, and delivery. Note where you had to copy information, upload a file again, or explain the brand context again.

This helps distinguish tools that provide a necessary function from those that add steps you could avoid.

Compare the process as well as the result

The quality of an image or answer matters. So does the work needed to use it: finding the right version, sharing it with an editor, and keeping references for the next delivery.
