Archived projects
Where archived projects go, how to bring one back, and why archiving doesn't free up a project slot.
In the settings menu this sits under Workspace as "Archived". The page is headed "Archived projects" and explains itself in one line: "Archived projects are hidden from your workspace. Unarchive one to bring it back."
That is all it is — a list. Everything about what archiving means is on the concept page.
Projects: archiving a project
What archiving does and doesn't touch, and how it differs from deleting.
Bringing one back
Every row shows the project and when it was archived. Its one action is "Unarchive", and the project returns exactly as it was, with every link intact. Endless confirms with "Project unarchived" and an "Undo" on the toast, in case you unarchived the wrong one.
Until there is something in it, the page shows "No archived projects" — "Projects you archive will show up here." — and no buttons at all.
Anyone in the workspace can open the page. Unarchiving is an edit to the project, so it needs to be a project you created, or you need the permission to edit content created by others — see Roles and permissions.
Archiving does not free a slot
Archived projects still count against the plan's project cap. Archiving is a way to tidy up, not a way to make room: if you're at the limit, archiving three finished campaigns will not let you create a fourth project. Deleting one does.
Only the Free plan caps how many projects a workspace can have — every paid plan is unlimited, so on a paid plan this is not a question you'll ever meet. If you are on Free and hitting the cap, the two real options are deleting projects you're finished with, or changing plan in Billing.
