Glossary Copy pageEvery word Endless uses for something specific, in one line each, with the page that explains it.
Most of these are ordinary words that mean something particular here. Each line is the short
answer; the link goes to the page that explains it properly.
Term What it means Activity The feed of everything the workspace did — what was made, who joined, where the credits went. Archived project A project hidden from the workspace without being deleted. Unarchive it and it comes back as it was. Asset Anything in your library: a generated image or clip, an uploaded file, a document, a transcript. Canvas An infinite board you and your workspace can draw, arrange and generate on together. Chat A conversation with Endless. It can also make things, run skills and use connectors as it goes. Command palette The search-and-jump box, opened with ⌘K. Connector A link to a tool you already use, so Endless can read from it inside a chat. Credit The unit Endless bills work in. Running a model spends credits; the cost is shown before you commit.
Term What it means Dictation Talking instead of typing. The words land in the composer as your prompt; nothing is saved. Feature availability The switches that turn whole surfaces — Canvas, Transcripts, Radar — on or off for a workspace, team or person. Generation One run of a model, and everything it produced. Ask for four variations and they arrive as one stacked entry. Knowledge A project's single durable entry — what Endless should remember about that client or campaign every time. Member A person in a workspace. Everyone is one, and everyone has a role. Mention @ in the composer, to pull a project, transcript, model or tool into the prompt. / runs a skill.Model The engine that does the work — one catalog for images and video, a separate one for chat.
Term What it means Permission A single thing a role may do — create content, manage members, change governance settings. Roles are made of them. Plan What the workspace subscribes to. It sets the credit allowance, the seats, and which models are within reach. Project A home for one client or campaign. Attach it to a chat and its knowledge and skills come with it. Radar Social radar: a question about what's happening right now across the web, X and Reddit, answered as a cited briefing. Role One of four levels of access in a workspace: admin, billing manager, member or viewer. Schedule A prompt that runs by itself on a cadence. Each run starts a fresh chat and leaves its result behind. Seat A place in the workspace for one person. Your plan sets how many, and an unanswered invitation occupies one. Skill A workflow you teach Endless once. It loads only when a task needs it, so it never gets in the way. Spending limit A cap on what one person or one team may spend, checked before the workspace's own balance.
Term What it means Team A group of members inside a workspace, with an optional spending limit — and a scope you can govern separately. Transcript A recording, podcast or link turned into searchable text with speakers and timestamps. Trash Where deleted things wait for 30 days before they're removed for good. Visibility Whether something is private or shared with the workspace. There is no public option. Workspace The container for everything — the people, the work, the credits and the settings. Its name is in the address.
"Workspace", not "organization". You may see the older word in an API
response or a support thread; they're the same thing. The product says
workspace everywhere.
