Claude Opus 4.7 is a chat model by Anthropic. In Endless it costs 405 credits per 1M input tokens and 2025 per 1M output tokens, on the Hobby plan and up.
Claude Opus 4.7 is Anthropic's April 2026 Opus model, known for reading detailed images and checking its own work across long agent tasks.
Claude Opus 4.7 launched in April 2026 with a large jump in vision: it accepts images up to 2,576 pixels on the long edge, about three times the resolution earlier Claude models handled. It works out ways to verify its own outputs before reporting back, and it follows instructions far more literally than earlier models. It reads text and images with a 1M-token context window.
That mix suits screenshot-heavy work, such as reading dense technical diagrams, patent figures and complex dashboards, or running agents that act on what is on screen. It also handles long software tasks and finance analysis, builds data-rich interfaces, slides and docs, and says when data is missing instead of filling the gap with a plausible guess.
Newer Opus releases, from Claude Opus 4.8 to Claude Opus 5.5, have followed it. Because Opus 4.7 takes prompts literally, it suits workflows built on precise, carefully written instructions, where you want each step done exactly as described.
