AI face swap
Pick the photo you want to change. After you sign in, attach it in your workspace chat together with a photo of the face, and the agent places that face on the person with a multi-reference image model.
What is an AI face swap?
An AI face swap takes a face from one photo and places it on a person in a second photo. You give two images: the target photo, which keeps its pose, body, clothes and setting, and a photo of the face you want to use. The model repaints the face area so the new face matches the angle, skin tone and light of the target photo.
People use it to see themselves in a scene they were not in, to replace a shot where someone blinked in a group photo, to make a fun picture of themselves as a movie character, or to try one face across several concept images. It works best when both faces look in a similar direction and have similar lighting.
Endless runs face swaps with image models that take more than one reference image, such as Nano Banana 2, Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image 2.5, Seedream 5 and FLUX 3 Image. You attach both photos in the workspace chat and the agent writes the instruction for the model. Use your own face or the face of someone who agreed, and do not use it to impersonate anyone or to make misleading images.
How it works
- 01
Pick the target photo
Drop or choose the photo with the person whose face you want to replace in the box above.
- 02
Sign in and attach both photos
Create a free Endless account or sign in. Your workspace chat opens with the prompt already written. The file stays on this page, so attach the target photo again, add a clear photo of the face you want to use, and send.
- 03
Check the result and adjust
The agent swaps the face with a multi-reference image model and saves the result in your workspace assets. If the likeness or the skin tone is off, ask for another version or a different model in the same chat.
What people use it for
- 01
Fix a group photo
In a group shot where one person blinked or looked away, use a better photo of that same person to replace their face. Say which person to change, for example the second from the left.
- 02
Put yourself in a scene
Place your own face on a person in a travel poster, a period costume or a sports photo, for a personal post or a birthday card.
- 03
Concept art and storyboards
Keep one actor's face, with their agreement, across a set of concept images or storyboard frames so a pitch shows the same character from shot to shot.
- 04
Costume and character ideas
Try how you would look as a character before a costume party or a cosplay build, using a reference photo of the outfit and your own face.
- 05
Consistent faces in a campaign
For a campaign with a model who agreed to it, put their face on several generated scenes so the series looks like the same person.
- 06
Gifts and family pictures
Make a playful picture for a friend or relative who agreed to it, such as their face on a superhero or on a vintage magazine cover.
Frequently asked questions
Is the AI face swap free?
You can start free. A free Endless account comes with the Free plan, which gives your workspace 100 credits when you create it and 50 credits every week. Nano Banana, GPT Image, Seedream and FLUX are available on the Free plan, and each swap spends credits from that balance. The cost depends on the model and settings, and the agent tells you before it runs.
Do I need an account?
Yes. The box on this page only prepares the prompt. The swap runs in your workspace chat after you create a free account or sign in, and the result is saved there.
Whose face can I use?
Your own, or the face of someone who agreed to it. Do not use a face swap to pass yourself off as someone else, to make a person appear to do something they did not do, or to create images meant to mislead. You are responsible for the photos you attach and how you use the result.
How do I swap one face in a group photo?
Attach the group photo and the face photo, then say which person to change, by position or by what they wear, for example the man in the blue shirt on the right. The agent tells the model to change only that face and leave the other people as they are.
How do I get the best results?
Use a sharp face photo that looks straight at the camera, with no sunglasses or hands covering it. Results look more natural when both photos have a similar head angle and similar light. If the first result does not look like the person, ask for another version or try another model.
Can I swap faces in a video?
This tool works on still photos. You can turn the result into a short clip afterwards with an image-to-video model in the same chat.
Are my photos private?
The photos you attach and the swapped versions are saved in your workspace as assets, private by default, and you decide whether to share them with teammates. Endless does not post or publish your files anywhere, and your original photos stay unchanged.
