What is Pollo AI: features, pricing, free plan and alternatives
Pollo AI is a video-first creative suite with an agent, a Marketing Studio for ads, its own Pollo models and a long list of third-party ones. What it does, who it is for, what it costs and where it falls short.

Pollo AI is an online suite for making AI video and images, pitched as "the ultimate AI creative suite for creators and marketers". It gathers video models such as Kling, Seedance, Veo, Sora, Wan, Hailuo and Vidu, plus its own Pollo models, on one credit balance. On top of the models it adds an agent, a studio for ads and hundreds of single-purpose apps. The company behind it is Cocosoft Technology Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, per its about page, and the site claims more than 10 million users.
This guide covers what Pollo AI does, who it is for, what it costs and where it falls short. Everything comes from Pollo's own pages. We make Endless, a competing workspace, so read the alternatives section with that in mind.
Who Pollo AI is for
The homepage names four groups: creators, marketers, e-commerce teams and agencies or studios. It fits people who publish a lot of short video, such as social clips, product videos, UGC-style ads and clips that copy a viral format.
Main features
- Generator. Text or image to video, reference to video and video to video, with start and end frames, plus image generation and editing.
- Pollo Agent. Takes a brief, script, link or images and plans the project, picks the models and delivers a finished video, ad or design.
- Marketing Studio. Ad formats such as URL to video ad, clone a video ad, UGC, product launch, try-on and unboxing, for TikTok, Instagram, Shopify and Amazon.
- Pollo Director (beta). Builds a story scene by scene, keeping characters consistent, with captions and a multitrack timeline.
- Pollo Recast. Swaps a person or object in an existing video.
- Brand Kit. Saves your logo, colors, fonts and tone of voice and applies them to a visual.
- Apps and tools. Hundreds of single-purpose apps (product video, anime video, logo maker, YouTube thumbnail) and tools such as upscalers, background and subtitle removers, face swap, lip-sync and voice cloning.
- Mobile apps next to the web app.
Models
The homepage lists video models from Kling (up to 4.0), Seedance 2.0 and 2.5, Veo 3, Sora 2, Wan 3.0, MiniMax H3 and Hailuo, PixVerse, Runway, Vidu, Luma and Pika, plus Pollo 2.5. For images it lists GPT Image 2 and 2.5, Nano Banana 2 and 2.1, Recraft, Ideogram, Stable Diffusion, FLUX, Seedream, Imagen and Qwen Image. The API page claims "300+ models".
The agent runs on chat models (the homepage advertises DeepSeek and Gemini versions of Pollo Agent), but there is no chat model picker for writing copy the way there is for video.
Pricing
Prices from the Pollo AI pricing page. The page defaults to annual billing and showed a "flash sale" on Pro when we looked.

| Plan | Monthly | Billed annually | Credits per month | Parallel tasks |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 20 credits | 1 |
| Lite | $15 a month | $12 a month | 400 | 2 |
| Pro | $29 a month | $14.50 a month (50% off flash sale) | 800 (up to 3,000) | 3 |
| Ultra | $129 a month | $99 a month | 5,000 (up to 12,000) | 6 |
What the page adds:
- Credits per generation. 5 seconds of Pollo 2.5 at 720p cost 5 credits, a Pollo Image 2.0 image costs 2 credits, and 5 seconds of Seedance 2.5 at 480p cost 30.
- Every paid plan includes all models, the MCP server, watermark-free output and add-on credit packs. Faster generation starts at Pro.
- "Unlimited" models are time-boxed (10 or 365 days, depending on the model and plan) and "may be subject to dynamic speed adjustments".
- No team plan. The pricing page shows individual plans only, with no shared workspace, seats or spend limits.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The comparison table lists a Free plan with 20 credits and one task at a time. The homepage FAQ says content made on paid plans can be used commercially, and only paid plans list watermark-free output.
API and MCP
The Pollo API at api.pollo.ai sells the same video and image models per second or per image (for example $0.03 a second for Pollo 2.5), and it claims rates "that beat Fal.ai".
The MCP server connects ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and Grok, and there is a CLI for coding agents. It can submit 1 to 12 tasks in one batch, clone a voice and estimate the cost before running, and it spends your existing Pollo credits (MCP page).

Strengths
- A very long list of video models, including Pollo's own, on one balance.
- Ready-made ad formats in Marketing Studio and hundreds of single-purpose apps.
- An agent and Director for videos with many scenes.
- Low entry prices, plus an MCP server and a developer API.
Limits
- No team workspace on the pricing page: no shared credits, roles or spend limits.
- No chat model picker for scripts, captions or research.
- Frequent promotions and time-boxed "unlimited" offers make the real price harder to compare month to month.
- The free plan is small (20 credits).
Alternatives to Pollo AI
- Endless. A shared workspace where the team picks a chat, image, video or audio model for each task and everyone spends from one credit balance, with spending limits per person and per team. Projects keep a brand's voice, references and rules for every chat and generation, and the same workspace transcribes recordings and tracks social. The free plan gives 50 credits every week, team plans start at $49 a month for up to 10 members, and the MCP server works on every plan. The REST API is part of the Business plan. Where Pollo is stronger: more ready-made ad formats and effects, and a lower entry price for one person. Endless vs Pollo AI, fact by fact
- Higgsfield. Video first too, with cinematic presets, its own Soul image models and per-seat team plans. What is Higgsfield
- Krea. Better for hands-on image work, upscaling and LoRA training, with a Business plan for up to 50 seats. What is Krea
- OpenArt. Consistent characters and Director for chat-driven video, with a shared credit pool on its Business plan. What is OpenArt
